          Section 4 (1) (b) of RTI Act 2005 covers the statutory declaration of J.V. Jain College SAharanpur on college website <\/span>www.jvjaincollege.com<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

          Our college is approved by UGC, NCTE, BAR Council of India and Affiliated to C.C.S. University Meerut UP(INDIA). The college has a Governing Body and College Development Committee as per the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Public Universities Act 1973 and amendments thereafter. It runs as per the rules and regulations made by Govt. form time to time.<\/span><\/p>\n

          The College comes under \u201cGrant-in-Aid\u201d category, therefore financial transactions are audited by the private auditors as well as those of UP government. The College has different Bodies to maintain all types of discipline in the in the campus. All the cells or committees of the institutions are under Statutory Bodies. The applications under the RTI Act along with a postal order\/demand draft for Rs. 10.00 obtained in favour of Principal, J.V. Jain College, Saharanpur. This application may be sent to the Public Information Officer (PIO) or handed over in his\/her office. All information about the college is open for the public and it is obtained by citizens of India.<\/span><\/p>\n
