Procedures and Policies for maintaining and utilizing physical, Academic and support facilities – Laboratories, Library, Sport Complex, Computers, Classrooms etc. <\/span>Generally as far as practicable for a fully government owned institution, \u00a0 a constant effort is made to provide dedicated and secure space for equipment and tools. There is an estate committee to develop new infrastructure and to look after the maintenance, repair and constructional work related to the building. Construction, repair and maintenance of the main building and physical infrastructure like water, furniture, generators, toilets, power supply and gas is looked after by this committee.<\/span><\/p>

During all the maintenance and upgradation work related to civil and electrical, a supervisor is assigned by the college authority to verify the work done by the contractors.<\/span><\/p>

All minor faults are attended and repaired by hired technicians, carpenters, masons, plumber\u00a0 etc. either by departmental contingency or by estate committee.<\/span>The institution ensures the optimal utilization of available infrastructure by effective participatory planning.<\/span>\u00a0The institution plans curriculum for the students of various combinations so \u00a0 that the \u00a0 available infrastructure may be optionally utilized.<\/span><\/p>
