Academic Council

The Academic Council is a vital organ of J.V. Jain College, Saharanpur. It provides an interface between the student community, the faculty, and the institute’s management in order to address the issues that the students face.

The Council’s main objective is to ensure a healthy academic atmosphere and enhance the learning experience for the students. It monitors the students’ academic experience and makes recommendations. It constantly looks at the latest changes  at are coming up in the field of management and provides recommendations to the Program Office on reflecting these changes in the curriculum to make students academically ready to meet industry demands.

The Council plays an important role in guiding the students in selecting their electives. It organizes course and domain-related workshops to help students make optimal decisions in their elective selections. The Academic Council also arranges sessions to help students cope with their studies and overcome any problems they might be facing.

The Council plays a vital role in managing communication with the international academic community and nurturing relations. The communication is in regard to various institutes and aims to develop an ecosystem for mutual learning of culture and lifestyle along with academics.
