College frequently updates it’s IT facilities including Server/Wi-Fi/LAN/ERP etc

                       The College provides a range of IT facilities to help students and faculty with their studies. This includes extensive computer provision, wireless Internet, software access for students, and dedicated teaching staff giving all the support needed. The College has a liberal budget towards the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, keeping pace with rapid change in technology.

Enhancement of Digital Infrastructure

The physical infrastructure of a college plays a critical role in creating a suitable environment for a students academic journey another significant feature is Digital Infrastructure, which is a key difference among colleges and has profoundly altered the delivery of educational information. The use of digital technology in academic and administrative settings is gradually changing the entire concept of education. The College offers a variety of information technology resources to assist students and teachers with their studies. This contains a large computer lab, wireless Internet connection, student software access, and a dedicated teaching team that provides all necessary assistance. College has allocated considerable funds for the purchase of the electronic hardware and software necessary for Computer automation. Apart from initial fund allocation, funds have been raised from UGC and CPE grants for purchasing and maintaining a Computer Lab in the college. Purchase and upgradation of computers and other digital peripherals for various purpose continuously going on, during 2 017-18 following purchases were made The College has computers, printers, and LAN/Internet access, as well as the essential support systems. To improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching-learning, the College has projectors in the ICT Classroom/Seminar halls. The IT committee is in charge of maintaining, utilising, and upgrading the IT/ICT infrastructure. Computers in various departments, central libraries, and offices are covered under annual maintenance contracts (AMCs). To maintain good service, central facilities such as the LAN, Wide Area Network (WAN), internet/Wi-Fi, and so on are renewed on a regular basis. 42 computers were purchased. Two more computer labs have been built. Internet usage is on the rise. A new browsing centre has opened in 2017-18 and some purchases were made for Technology Upgradation/enhancement (overall) Total Computers Computer Labs Internet Browsing Centres ,Computer Centres are about 112.
